The Department of Social Justice under Government of Kerala has formulated the Sahajeevanam Snehagramam with the intention of providing a comprehensive rehabilitation for endosulfan victims. This one of a kind Endosulfan Rehabilitation Village project is planned to be implemented in four phases, the first phase is now operational in Muliyar grama panchayat in Kasargod district. The services initiated during the first phase include the Consulting and Hydrotherapy Block and the Clinical Psychology Block. 

Endosulfan rehabilitation village has been structured into four major components. Foster Care Home: which delivers specialized care for individuals under the age of 18 years. Assistive Living for Adults: designed for individuals aged 18 years and above, which offers support and assistance for independent living. Halfway Homes for Assisted Living for Adults with Disabilities: These homes serve as transitional residences for adults with disabilities, facilitating their journey towards independent living through necessary assistance and support. High Dependency Care: Dedicated to entirely bedridden individuals, this component provides specialized care to meet their unique needs, ensuring they receive the required support and attention.
