This scheme implemented by the Social Justice Department provides a financial assistance of Rs 2,000/- to differently abled mothers coming under the purview of RPwD Act 2016. As per the scheme financial assistance will be provided to the differently abled mothers until the child turns 2 years.

Guidelines
1) Differently abled mothers with 60 percent or more disability are eligible to apply under this scheme.
2) Annual family income of beneficiary should not exceed Rs 1 lakh.
3) Discharge certificate from hospital concerned, Disabilty certificate from Medical board, Income certificate, Passbook original copy
4) If the applicant needs assistance of a care giver to nurture the child; Certificate from Gynecologist or Paediatrician has to submitted along with the application.
5) Applicants are eligible for benefit only twice under this scheme.
6) Priority will be given if both husband and wife are differently abled; in such case the husband should have 40 percent of more disability. Medical board certificates of both husband and wife has to be submitted along with the application.
7) The application has to be submitted within 6 months from date of delivery.
